Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD before taxes. For orders of $100 CAD or less, one shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Processing time

We aim to process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume and deliveries to remote areas may cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email info@slowcow.com as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage and shipping box, if available.

If your order does not arrive, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and tracking information. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue. These requested reporting periods do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to redirect a package after it has been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned because the address you provided was incorrect, we’ll contact you about reshipping options and any applicable charge.
